Overview
Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached within 14 days of delivery confirmation
Exchanges must be done within 14 days of delivery confirmation and only be made for a different size of the same item.
Most products can be returned, please see below for a list of exceptions:
- If an item is marked as “On Sale”, this item is non-returnable
- Swimwear or underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please also note that in order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused, and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, your refund will be refused. All items are inspected on return.
Refunds will be actioned within 7 days from the date we receive your returned item(s)
